You are required to provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account. Providing false information can lead to account suspension or termination.

Advertall allows users to submit Ads, Advertise Jobs, comments, and other content (“User Content”). This content is a vital part of our platform, enabling users to share information, make transactions, and engage with each other.
Ownership of Content:
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By submitting User Content to Advertall you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and translate your User Content to operate and improve this website.
Responsibilities and Warranties: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit Ads or advertisements for Jobs that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive. Additionally, content that is sexually suggestive, false or misleading, infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party, spams, contains viruses or other malicious code, impersonates any person or entity, or violates any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.
Monitoring and Removal of Content: We reserves the right, but does not have the obligation, to monitor User Content and remove any content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
4. Prohibited Activities
In addition to the restrictions on User Content, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

You may post ads under “Submit Ad” on the Website. You retain all ownership rights to your Ads. However, by posting Ads, you grant Weltch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your Ads in connection with the Website.
4.2. You are solely responsible for your Ads which represent and warrant that your Ads:
- Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Weltch or others.
- Is not false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Is not harmful, offensive, or defamatory.
4.3. Ads Requirement
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your ads. You are solely responsible for the content of your ads.
- Prohibited Items: You may not post ads for illegal items, counterfeit goods, or items that infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Category Selection: Ads must be placed in the appropriate category. Misleading or miscategorized ads may be removed without notice.
- Compliance: All ads must comply with applicable UK laws and regulations. Users posting ads from outside the UK must ensure their ads comply with local laws.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to review and remove any Ads that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate these Terms or otherwise inappropriate
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Advertall.co.uk is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Advertall.co.uk will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of Advertall.co.uk will be accurate or reliable.
6. Limitation of Liability
